Nizami Street
This tops the list of places to visit in Baku. Nizami Street is Baku ‘s central avenue. Also known as “Tarqovaya,” this street is just for pedestrians and a perfect place to lounge or hang out. This street is home to numerous businesses, ranging from banks to boutiques and is one of the world’s most expensive streets. The street also houses the embassies of Norway, Germany, the Netherlands and Austria, as well as the delegation from the European Union to Azerbaijan. Old City

Well known as “Viewing Square” and earlier in the Soviet era as “Sergei Kirov Park” is one of Baku’s most popular spots for walking, relaxing and enjoying the sea view.
